Waterfall Retirement Village was one of the first developments to be completed in the Waterfall Estate development in Midrand, Johannesburg. The retirement village was awarded “the best retirement development” in Africa and Europe by CNBC International Property Awards.

TC Design Group was responsible for the design and construction of the 5000m² Clubhouse with restaurants, lounges, gym, indoor pool, cinema, studio’s, together with the high density living units and fully equipped specialized frail care centre.
