About Us

We recognise that transformation in the workspace is an economic imperative, not only essential to the growth of our firm, but also the sustainable growth of the South African economy.

As part of a transformation strategy in 2016, TC Design began building a partnership with RPV Architecture – a Level 1 Woman owned Architectural Practise founded by Rashma Patel in February 2012.

The relationship was tested over 2 year period and proved not only to be commercially successful, but shared a common vision and values. The companies merged in February 2018 to form TCRPV Architecture, which has been growing from strength to strength since then.

We endeavour to help transform the South African economy.

We believe we should all play our part to help enable the meaningful participation of Black individuals and Women in the mainstream of the economy in a manner that has a positive impact on employment, income redistribution, structural readjustment and economic growth.
