TC Design Project Managers is a division with the TC Design Group (Pty) Ltd operating alongside TCRPV Architects. The group was founded in 1957 and has offered specialist Architecture, Project management and Interior Design services across Southern Africa.
TC Design Group has always been known in the industry for strong design and delivery of large commercial projects. The Directors take a hands-on approach and are known for having good contract administration skills, understand building contracts, co-ordinate and manage their sites well. Most of our Clients choose us as both Principal agents and Architects as they know the project is in good hands.
We saw an opportunity to expand our service into a more specialised Project Management role as we realised many Clients prefer Architects with strong management skills as a key to delivering good projects. With Project Management being one of our strengths, TC Design Group offer PM specialists which can offer both a Project Management and a Principal agent service, especially where Clients have specific requirements.
Given our reputation within the industry TC Design Group project managers can also put together a full consulting team under one appointment offering a multi-disciplinary service. We act as the principal consultant taking on the responsibility of a single point of communication and design co-ordination.
We deliver projects of the utmost quality, with due concern for sensitivity to the environment and the performance of the project measured against the established deliverables.
