The wellbeing of employees has a direct impact on the wellbeing of an organization. There is not a one size fits all solution, and each organisation is unique.

In this case study the organisation preferred cellular offices above open plan. It was essential that the space plans created an interconnected workplace to optimize wellbeing.

TCRPV achieved this by creating a central back bone of ancillary spaces. By establishing this common spatial strategy across all floors it is easy to navigation through this large office block for both employees and visitors. The central ancillary facilities gives employees more choices by providing a range of different spaces empowering, them to choose how they want to work.
