The new Planet Fitness Brackenfell gymnasium is placed within the new mixed-use Brackengate² Business Park development located in Brackenfell, Cape Town. The 4,500sqm specialized stand-alone facility was designed and built by TCRPV Architects and TC Design Project Managers Cape, acting as both Project Managers and Architects. This project was built during the period when the Western cape was under severe water

shortages and we had the added responsibility to reduce or eliminate any negative impacts on the environment during construction. Ground water was harvested through a natural well on site, filtered and used for construction purposes. The gym users benefit from plenty of natural light, high volumes and lovely views back to Table Mountain.
