The developers identified a need for a dominant shopping centre in Lobatse with the ability to attract customers from the region as well as traffic travelling through the cross border region. The approach was planned to incorporate the redevelopment of the existing taxi and bus rank which serves Lobatse, accommodating the small businesses and informal traders operating on the site.
