Aunde SA is a German-owned company that manufactures leather seat covers for motor vehicles. All of their products are exported to Germany and Australia.
TC Design Group were appointed as project managers and architects to consolidate four of the company’s existing plants into a single facility.
The building was designed to allow for maximum expansion in all directions, ensuring future scalability. Phases 1 and 2 of the project have been completed successfully. The plant, which was originally designed to employ 3000 people, incorporates leather cutting, sewing and perforating operations.
